GFMesstechnik GmbH (GFM) was founded in 1995. We provide Micro-optical 3D measuring device for inspection of surface profile and roughness of small and micro parts in manufacturing process. Main fields of application of GFM computer-assisted optical measuring systems are machine building and automotive industry, the cosmetics industry and medicine, the paper and printing industry, the criminology, the plastics industry as well as most different research centers of the industry and universities.
